Even though it has been a while since there have been new Superman: Legacy updates, the world is still speculating what other characters will be showing up in the movie. One of them is Jor-El, better known as Superman's Kryptonian father, who has been played by numerous actors over the last few decades in TV and film. For Gunn's DC Universe, Yadvender Singh Rana released new artwork where he imagines Kurt Russell as Jor-El for Superman: Legacy.
If Russell were to get cast as Jor-El in Superman: Legacy, it would be a reunion between the actor and Gunn after he played Ego in the director's MCU sequel, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, back in 2014. At this point, it has yet to be confirmed if Jor-El will even be featured in Superman: Legacy.
