A new set video for Joker 2 features Lady Gaga's Harley Quinn in action, appearing to commit a felony in Gotham City. Having been cast in Joker: Folie à Deux by director Todd Phillips, it's been revealed that Lady Gaga will elevate the sequel to Joker starring Joaquin Phoenix by giving the Clown Prince of Crime his classic love interest from the comics while also making the movie a musical as the depths of Arthur Fleck's twisted mind are further explored. Likewise, the new footage is already implying that Harley Quinn journey may closely mirror that of the Joker's from the first movie.
In the new set video posted by Twitter user @Buzznviral, Lady Gaga can be seen outside a storefront. Throwing a garbage can, Lady Gaga (as Harley Quinn) breaks the front window and steals a mini television set. You can check out the new set video below:
It certainly appears as though Harley will be just as fed up with the city as Arthur Fleck, who became a problematic icon for the disenfranchised as Joker. While it's unknown if Gaga's Harley will be a psychiatrist at Arkham as she is in the comics, it makes sense that they'll find each other if they share the same sentiments and struggles.
